Steps to Retrieve your MTN Backup contacts

STEP 1
Open the MTN Backup site to log in to your account.

Click on https://mtnnigeria.weballynis.gmalto.com/CloudBackup/index.html to get to the portal.

Log in with your details i.e. your phone number and password (earlier sent) to proceed.

STEP 2

Go to devices and discover where your last backup was done.

STEP 3

Select phone type from the list of phones that matches your current phone to continue

STEP 4

Choose the option ‘Sync now’ and after a short while you will receive a message requesting your permission to proceed

STEP 5

Click continue and hold on while the synchronization progresses

STEP 6

After the operation has been completed a message will be displayed – “Operation Successful, Thank you.” Your current phone will get updated with your contacts and all other data saved on your old phone.

STEP 7

Select Ok to conclude the process.

You will receive a message from MTN confirming to you that your back-up was successful.
